Terms & Conditions

By booking a seat at After Hours At Mavericks (our weekly three-course dinner), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Bookings

​

  • All dinners are pre-booked only — no walk-ins will be accepted.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  • Your booking secures your seat for the specified date and time. Please arrive on time, as we operate one sitting only.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • 48+ hours before your booking: Full refund.

  • 24–48 hours before your booking: Partial refund of $35 per person.

  • Less than 24 hours before the booking or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

Dietary Requirements

​

  • Due to the set nature of our menu, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please contact us before booking if you have specific dietary needs or allergies.

Group Bookings

​

  • For groups of 6 or more, please contact us directly to ensure we can accommodate your seating preferences.

 

Changes & Cancellations by Us

​

  • In rare cases (e.g., staff illness or supply issues), we may need to cancel or reschedule a dinner. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or reschedule.

 

BYO / Drinks

​

  • Drinks are not included in the dinner price. Non-alcoholic cocktails and beers are available to purchase on the night.

  • BYO alcohol is not allowed as we are a 100% zero alcohol venue​

​

Behaviour & Respect

​

  • We strive to create a relaxed, respectful dining environment for all guests. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.
